Pixstar CEO Receives Appointment from Delaware's Governor
April 3, 2011 - Lewes, DE – George Reissig, CEO of Lewes, DE-based Pixstar, has been appointed by Governor Jack Markell to the Delaware STEM Education Council. Reissig is one of 25 members appointed to the newly created council which is charged with improving student preparedness in the subject areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Council co-chair is Ted Kaufman, former U.S. Senator from Delaware.

Pixstar Donates to Public Radio Delmarva
November 1, 2010 - Lewes, DE – Pixstar, an Information Technology consulting firm founded in 1998 and based in Lewes, DE, has donated $1,000 to Public Radio Delmarva to support its recent 2010 Fall Membership Drive. The donation underwrote two on-air challenge grants which solicited matching funds from additional donors. The fall drive had a $90,000 fundraising goal on behalf of WSCL (89.5 FM) and WSDL (90.7 FM).
